ID doesn't speak for the RX, I assure you. Hell, she doesn't speak for the RR. If ID asks about a book it's because she/he couldn't think of anything else at that moment in time to try to get attention with. Or it's because she owes all of her other books and her local and she's trying to get a bonus with the book is question.
